We recommend initiating a claim with UPS or USPS (depending on which carrier you selected to ship your package) if you believe your order has been lost. Regrettably, we do not have the capability to refund or re-ship lost orders on their behalf. UPS and USPS is responsible for your package once it leaves our hands and is better equipped to provide the necessary assistance
